Hyperliquid launches DeFi Policy Center led by renowned crypto lawyer
According to Odaily, the Hyperliquid Policy Center has been established in Washington, D.C., aiming to create a legal pathway for the widespread adoption of decentralized finance in the United States. Jake Chervinsky has been appointed as the institution's first CEO, and the founding team members include Brad Bourque and Salah Ghazzal. The center's key mission is to develop a legal framework for perpetual derivatives. In addition, the Hyperliquid-related foundation has donated 1 million HYPE tokens to the center, valued at approximately $28 million.
