In recent secondary market transactions, SpaceX's valuation reached as high as 1.5 trillions USD, and the company plans to go public in mid-2026, with an expected fundraising of 50 billions USD.
Previous reports stated that SpaceX acquired xAI, with a valuation of 1.25 trillions USD.
