According to the authorized terms, the buyback can be carried out through various means such as open market transactions and privately negotiated transactions, depending on market conditions, share price levels, and other relevant factors. The company stated that the repurchased shares may be used for employee equity incentive plans or legally cancelled. The buyback plan is valid for 12 months from the date of approval. Management emphasized that it will strictly comply with securities regulatory requirements and execute flexibly while ensuring the company's cash flow and operational needs. Analysts pointed out that share buybacks are often regarded as an important way for companies to signal to the market that their value is underestimated, and also help optimize capital structure and improve earnings per share indicators.
