EIA: US natural gas inventories down by 52 Bcf

Working natural gas in storage across the United States was down by 52 billion cubic feet in the week ending February 20, compared to the previous seven-day period, and stood at 2,018 billion cubic feet, the Energy Information Administration (EIA) announced on Thursday. Viewed annually, gas stocks increased 141 billion cubic feet, while remaining 7 billion cubic feet below the five-year average of 2,025 Bcf. Total working gas was within the five-year historical range.
