The company now plans to issue 6.3 million shares at a price of $4-5 per share to raise $28 million. Previously, the company planned to issue 4.3 million shares at the same price range to raise $19 million. The latest proposed fundraising scale has increased by 47% compared to the previous plan. The company plans to list on Nasdaq but has not yet selected a stock code.
