February Sees Growth in Private Sector Jobs and Wages

In February, the private sector added 63,000 new positions, while average wages climbed by 4.5% compared to the previous year, according to the latest ADP National Employment Report®. This report, developed by ADP Research in partnership with the Stanford Digital Economy Lab, offers an independent overview of the U.S. labor market. Drawing from anonymized payroll data representing over 26 million private-sector workers, the report provides valuable insights into employment trends.
