Pershing Square under Bill Ackman submits US IPO application

Golden Ten Data, March 10 – Pershing Square, under Bill Ackman, submitted its initial public offering application in New York on Tuesday. Ackman is planning a dual listing for Pershing Square and a US-listed closed-end fund, Pershing Square USA. Previously, he attempted to promote the listing of Pershing Square USA in 2024. Citigroup, UBS Investment Bank, BofA Securities, Jefferies, and Wells Fargo Securities will serve as underwriters for Pershing Square's IPO.
