U.S. Senate Majority Leader: After the Voter Identification Bill, legislation related to the crypto market structure bill will be advanced
Foresight News reports, according to Bloomberg, U.S. Senate Majority Leader John Thune stated that the Senate plans to advance cryptocurrency market structure legislation and related licensing bills after completing debate on the "Save America Act" (voter identification legislation).
John Thune said that senators are pushing forward a long-awaited cryptocurrency market structure bill, and noted that if there is "willingness to cooperate" between the two parties, the Senate could make progress on several bipartisan issues. The "Save America Act" is expected to undergo partisan debate in the Senate next week.
