PANews, March 16 — According to Digital Asset, the Seoul Central District Court in South Korea has rejected the temporary injunction application filed by Flow Foundation and Dapper Labs against a certain exchange. The application aimed to suspend the decision of three exchanges to terminate support for FLOW trading.

Previously, these three exchanges decided to end support for Flow token trading due to the FLOW hacking incident that occurred in February. The court ruled that the current evidence is insufficient to halt the delisting decision, and that the exchanges' assessment of unresolved risks is not obviously erroneous. The priority should be to protect potential investors. FLOW can still be traded on a certain Korean crypto exchange, but as scheduled, it was delisted by a certain exchange at 3 p.m. local time today.
