Fujairah Port in the UAE attacked again, oil loading operations suspended

According to informed sources, loading operations were suspended on Monday as a precaution while the losses from the latest attack are being assessed. Previously, a drone attack on Saturday caused a fire at the port, leading to a temporary suspension of oil loading operations, which resumed over the weekend. Fujairah Port is a key hub for crude oil and refined products, and its importance to the UAE and the global market is increasingly prominent due to its location outside the Strait of Hormuz. The port is the terminal of a pipeline connecting major oil fields in Abu Dhabi.
