As of the close of the day, the price of light crude oil futures for April delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell by $5.21, closing at $93.50 per barrel, a decrease of 5.28%. The price of Brent crude oil futures for May delivery on the London Exchange dropped by $2.93, closing at $100.21 per barrel, a decline of 2.84%.
