Foresight News reported that, according to Alternative.me data, today's cryptocurrency Fear and Greed Index has risen to 28 (yesterday the index was 23, indicating an "Extreme Fear" state), showing that the market has shifted from an "Extreme Fear" state to a "Fear" state.
