Tally CEO Dennison Bertram stated that during the Biden administration, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Gary Gensler promoted decentralization through legal risks, while the Trump administration's relaxed policies made DAO governance optional, weakening the demand for tools like Tally.
