PrimoX Fintech obtains UAE digital asset business license and completes $5 million private placement
Odaily reported that PrimoX Fintech LTD recently announced it has obtained a digital asset business license in the UAE (license numbers: 07011002/07011019).
According to official sources, PrimoX is positioned as a Consumer Rights Liquidity Layer (CRL), aiming to solve the issue of Web2 consumer membership rights being difficult to circulate by standardizing mapping and on-chain confirmation, and realizing verifiable on-chain value for these rights.
In addition, PrimoX announced that it will complete a $5 million TVL private placement at its Singapore launch event on November 10, 2025 (UTC+8), and, in cooperation with Singapore financial institutions, will complete the tokenization issuance of RWA assets for a Vietnam factory with asset value exceeding $10 million.
