Golden Ten Data reported on March 19 that the Federal Reserve's dot plot shows that among 19 officials, 7 believe that interest rates should remain unchanged throughout 2026, 7 believe that rates should be cut by a total of 25 basis points, 2 believe that rates should be cut by a total of 50 basis points, 2 believe that rates should be cut by a total of 75 basis points, and 1 believes that rates should be cut by a total of 100 basis points.
