The Federal Reserve's policy statement makes only minor adjustments

The statement now notes that the unemployment rate has "changed little," whereas in January the Fed said the unemployment rate "has shown some signs of stabilizing." The Fed's statement adds a new sentence: acknowledging the conflict situation in the Middle East, but only stating that its impact on the economy is "still uncertain."
