23rd, international oil prices experienced a significant decline. At the close, the price of light crude oil futures for May delivery at the New York Mercantile Exchange dropped by $10.10, finally settling at $88.13 per barrel, a decrease of 10.28%; Brent crude oil futures for May delivery at the London Exchange fell by $12.25, closing at $99.94 per barrel, marking a decline of 10.92%.
