This project will serve the oil and gas development plan led by ExxonMobil, marking a new phase in energy development in the northeastern waters of South America. As the core equipment for deepwater oil and gas field development, the FPSO facility's front-end engineering design will cover key modules such as hull structure, production process flow, and mooring system. This study will lay a technical foundation for subsequent detailed design and construction work, carrying strategic significance for enhancing the region's energy supply capacity.
