Annual Inflation Overview to February 2026
For the year ending February 2026, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) increased by 3.7%, a slight decrease from the 3.8% rise reported in January 2026.
- Housing costs saw the most significant growth, climbing by 7.2% over the year.
- Food and non-alcoholic beverages prices went up by 3.1%.
- Recreation and culture expenses rose by 4.1%.
The trimmed mean inflation rate remained steady at 3.3%, unchanged from the previous month.
