Lagarde: The European Central Bank is ready to raise interest rates at any meeting

Lagarde emphasized that it is "still too early" to make any decisions regarding interest rates, as policymakers still need to assess the nature, scale, and persistence of the expected significant rise in inflation caused by the increase in energy prices.
