Solana Foundation says the network is becoming “middleware” core infrastructure for the internet

The Solana Foundation stated that the Solana network has processed 15 million on-chain proxy payments, with stablecoins becoming the default payment method for AI-driven computing and services. The Foundation believes that proxy payments and AI-native tools may reshape the monetization model of the internet, and that in the future, crypto transactions may mainly be conducted by AI agents.
