Golden Ten Data reported on March 26 that the WeChat Video Channel released the "Financial Industry Convention," which explicitly encourages creators to publish neutral, professional, and verifiable financial knowledge. The platform clearly prohibits eight types of content, including public stock recommendations, profit guarantees, malicious defamation, illegal services, forged endorsements, homogeneous address content, high-risk projects such as NFTs, and video traffic diversion. For videos that violate the regulations, the platform will take measures based on the severity of the violation, including but not limited to limiting video exposure, deleting videos, revoking account verification, or banning accounts.
