Expectations of easing tensions in the Middle East decline, oil prices rebound, Bitcoin falls below $69,000
According to ChainCatcher, citing CoinDesk, Bitcoin fell below $69,000, dropping more than 3% from its overnight high, while major altcoins such as Ethereum, XRP, SOL, and ADA fell by 4% to 5% during the same period. The main driver of this decline was the fading optimism over easing tensions in the Middle East. Crude oil futures rose by around 4%, reigniting concerns over inflation and supply disruptions.
