Solana foundation company Artelo Biosciences completes $11 million private financing
Odaily reports that Nasdaq-listed Solana treasury company Artelo Biosciences has announced the private placement sale of a total of 3,188,407 common shares at a price of $3.45 per share, raising a total of $11 million. The new funds will be used for general corporate purposes and to repay some transitional debt. According to the latest data from StrategicSolanaReserve, Artelo currently holds 45,883 SOL.
