Morgan Stanley Downgrades Global Stock Rating to Neutral, Upgrades U.S. Treasury Rating to Overweight
On March 31, Morgan Stanley downgraded its global stock rating from Overweight to Neutral and upgraded its rating for U.S. Treasuries and cash from Neutral to Overweight. The firm noted that there is uncertainty regarding the scale and duration of oil supply disruptions, indicating that the trajectory of risk assets has become increasingly asymmetric.
