According to ChainCatcher, as reported by Cointelegraph, Nasdaq has announced that starting from May 1, 2026, it will officially remove the 10% minimum public float threshold and will introduce a "fast track" rule, allowing mega-cap IPOs to be added to the Nasdaq 100 Index in about 15 trading days.
