Crypto asset management firm Tesseract launches a "Compliant Yield Vault" for institutional clients: single-customer independent contracts
BlockBeats news, on March 31, according to The Block, crypto asset management firm Tesseract Investment Oy, which has obtained the MiCA (CASP) license, announced the launch of a yield vault platform for institutions and professional investors. Its "Dedicated Client Vaults" utilize a single-client-per-vault model: each vault is an independent smart contract, assigned exclusively to a single client and managed by Tesseract. Clients can maintain 100% ownership of vault tokens after setting investment authorizations, fees, and whitelist agreements, in order to meet MiCA's compliance requirements for segregated custody/management accounts.
