The Arizona House Rules Committee has passed two cryptocurrency bills: SB1042 allows state funds to invest up to 10% in cryptocurrency, and SB1649 will establish a Digital Asset Reserve Fund. These bills will proceed to a full vote in the House. (Cointelegraph)
