Indian ETFs see record fund outflows as withdrawals surge ahead of an Asian stock market rebound
According to data compiled by Bloomberg, in March, traders withdrew a record $1.4 billion from BlackRock’s $6.7 billion iShares MSCI India ETF (INDA). This reflects mounting pressures faced by the energy-driven Asian economy. India has been hit by a weakening local currency, rising yields, and concerns over earnings.
