HyperEVM is suspected to be experiencing a major outage, with on-chain data ceasing to update.
According to ChainCatcher, on-chain security firm PeckShield has detected that HyperEVM is suspected to be experiencing a major malfunction, as the block explorer shows that the latest block and transactions have not been updated for "1 hour", with some blocks displaying zero transactions and on-chain data seemingly ceasing to update.
However, according to user feedback, the above abnormality is actually caused by a data delay on the block explorer itself, rather than a HyperEVM underlying chain outage—the top of the explorer page even features a banner stating "block data may be delayed", and other third-party explorers (such as Hyperscan) are still showing normal on-chain activity.
