This credit facility includes two important sub-limits: a special sub-limit of 100 million Canadian dollars and an overseas loan quota of 130 million US dollars. This credit arrangement will provide the company with flexible financial support and enhance its liquidity. Asset-backed credit structures typically use a company’s accounts receivable, inventory, and other liquid assets as collateral, allowing for more efficient use of funds. This financing arrangement will help United Natural Foods further expand its business footprint and consolidate its market position in the distribution of natural and organic foods.

The inventory warning from Acer’s CEO has further convinced him that the memory cycle has already peaked.
