According to a document submitted to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, external administrators have taken over TrueEV, the Australian dealer of XPeng Motors. However, XPeng Motors has not confirmed speculation regarding whether its newly established direct business in Australia will operate in parallel with TrueEV, and neither company has commented on the matter.
