Bahrain's Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company says fire at plant after Iranian drone attack has been brought under control

Golden Ten Data reported on April 5 that, according to Bahrain's national news agency on Sunday, Bahrain's Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC) stated that a fire at its operating unit, following an Iranian drone attack, has been brought under control. The news agency reported that there were no casualties, and teams are currently assessing the damage caused by the incident. GPIC is a joint venture that produces petrochemical products and fertilizers and is jointly owned by the Bahraini government, SABIC Agri-Nutrients, and Kuwait Petrochemical Industries Company.
