This agreement allows AN2 Therapeutics to sell common shares to public investors in batches when market conditions are favorable. This financing arrangement will provide strategic funding support for the company's core drug development projects, while also enhancing the company's cash flow flexibility. It is worth noting that such equity distribution agreements typically grant the issuer the flexibility to choose the timing and scale of issuance within the agreed period, enabling the company to optimize its financing structure according to market fluctuations. The USD 80 million financing limit will be subject to actual market subscription conditions and the constraints of the agreement terms.
