Secure Blockchain acquires an AI Agent company based on ElizaOS and receives a $1.5 million investment led by the Eliza Foundation

Foresight News reported that Canadian-listed company Secure Blockchain announced the completion of its all-stock acquisition of ElizaOS-based AI Agent company Agentic Solutions Agentic Solutions Limited, with an acquisition consideration of approximately $450,000 (5 million common shares). The company simultaneously completed a private placement funding of $1.5 million, with Eliza Foundation subscribing for about 50% of the shares (approximately $750,000). The proceeds will be used for AI Agent development, platform construction, and operating capital.

In addition, the company settled $500,000 in debt by issuing approximately 4.44 million shares. After the transaction is completed, the total share capital will be around 32.59 million shares, and based on the funding price, the market capitalization will be approximately $3.67 million. The relevant shares are locked up until August 11, 2026. Agentic Solutions builds enterprise-level AI Agent products based on the open-source elizaOS framework. Secure Blockchain previously focused primarily on blockchain-embedded email encryption business, and after this acquisition, it will transition to the Agentic AI field, becoming the main commercial application entity for the elizaOS framework in the public market.
