Telegram investment channels manipulate the stock market, Russian Federal Security Service intervenes to crack down on pump and dump schemes
ChainCatcher news, according to Izvestia, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) recently arrested three administrators of Telegram investment channels, accusing them of manipulating stock prices through "Pump & Dump" strategies. The case involves over 55,000 illegal transactions relating to 19 major companies on the Moscow Exchange.
