Glonghui, April 14｜Chemicals manufacturer Dow announced that Chairman and CEO Jim Fitterling will become Executive Chairman starting July 1, while Chief Operating Officer Karen S. Carter will succeed as CEO and join the Board of Directors. The company stated that this move follows a multi-year succession plan aimed at ensuring leadership continuity.
