According to the latest filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), CPI Aerostructures has officially reached an at-the-market offering agreement with Craig-Hallum Capital Group.

The agreement authorizes the company to issue common shares at its discretion through underwriters during a specific period, based on market conditions. If the entire issuance right is exercised, the maximum financing amount for this round can reach up to $17 million. The ATM issuance mechanism provides companies with a flexible financing channel, allowing them to sell shares in batches according to funding needs and market environment. This partnership will help CPI Aerostructures optimize its capital structure and reserve funds for future business expansion.
