Veteran investor Yardeni: Investors shift focus from war to fundamentals as the resilience of the US economy stands out

Although there are concerns that the Iran conflict could trigger stagflation similar to that of the 1970s, Yardeni stated that since the outbreak of the pandemic, the US economy has already proven its ability to withstand multiple stress tests, including supply chain disruptions, inflation, and interest rate shocks. Yardeni said, “History shows that geopolitical crises often ultimately turn out to be good buying opportunities.
