Xie Jiayin: VIP is not the privilege of a few, it should become the basic service standard for every user
According to Odaily, Bitget held an online livestream today themed “Users First”, providing a systematic review of Bitget’s key achievements, product development, and VIP ecosystem for the first quarter. During the livestream, Xie Jiayin, Bitget’s Head of Chinese Markets, stated that VIP should not be an exclusive label available only to high-net-worth individuals, but rather the basic standard of service for all users on the platform. Whether users want to engage in the crypto market or focus on traditional financial assets, Bitget aims, through its UEX unified account system, to allow more people to access global trading opportunities in one place and to provide a higher standard of service so that users genuinely feel “everybody is a VIP when they come.”
Taking the recent high-profile SpaceX pre-IPO as an example, Xie Jiayin pointed out that in the past, such star assets were often limited to specific circles, while UEX is committed to eliminating information gaps and entry barriers, giving ordinary investors the opportunity to capture early gains from unicorn companies within the same account. He emphasized that Bitget’s core goal is not only to list more assets, but also to redefine users’ trading access and participation models through a unified underlying architecture, thereby achieving true financial inclusion.
