US Dollar Index Outlook: Signs of a Bearish Shift
Although the US dollar index might experience a short-term rebound, the broader trend is starting to show bearish signals. The completion of the wave pattern and weakening momentum indicate that a significant peak may have already occurred. Market participants are now paying more attention to potential Federal Reserve rate cuts rather than increases.
My recent predictions for the US dollar index have generally been accurate over the past few months. However, the recent bearish reversal has prompted a reassessment, as prices failed to reach my previously anticipated targets near 101.50–102. Those targets were based on the expectation that the index was entering the fifth wave of a five-wave upward movement.
