MSFT Long Position Trade [5 Feb 2026]

Took a long position on MSFT with an average entry around $395.88, as price reacted off a key support zone near the rising trendline and prior demand area. The sharp sell-off into this level followed by a bounce suggests a potential exhaustion of bearish momentum.
Currently seeing a recovery attempt with price reclaiming short-term moving averages and pushing back within the Bollinger Bands range. Momentum indicators are also turning up from oversold levels, indicating a possible short-term reversal.
Plan is to hold as long as price continues to form higher lows and respects the trendline support, targeting a move back towards the $500–$550 resistance zone. Will reassess if price breaks below support and invalidates the bullish structure.
