Foresight News reports that London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company has placed 4,286,410 ordinary shares according to the terms of a subscription agreement. The total amount raised from this share placement is £1,537,376 (before expenses), equivalent to approximately £0.36 per share. The company will receive about 98.25% of the funds as settlement. According to the subscription agreement, the remaining balance of unsubscribed ordinary shares is 52,377,540 shares.
