According to The Block, Grayscale has submitted a revised Hyperliquid ETF application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), changing the custodian from a certain exchange to Anchorage Digital Bank, while BNY Mellon remains the transfer agent. Founded in 2017, Anchorage is the first federally chartered crypto bank in the U.S. and has previously been designated by Grayscale as the secondary custodian for its Bitcoin and Ethereum trusts.
