US Stocks Move: Lucid Rises Nearly 11%, Uber Discloses 11.52% Stake in the Company

Glonghui, April 21 — Electric vehicle manufacturer Lucid Group (LCID.US) surged nearly 11% to $7.49. News sources reveal that ride-hailing company Uber disclosed its 11.52% stake in Lucid. According to regulatory filings, Uber currently holds approximately 37.8 million Lucid shares, becoming the second-largest shareholder after the Saudi Public Investment Fund. On April 14, Uber committed to an additional $200 million investment and to purchase more Lucid vehicles. (Glonghui)
