According to Project Eleven, a reward of 1 Bitcoin will be given to the developer who uses the Shor algorithm to break a 15-digit elliptic curve key on publicly available quantum hardware. Compared to previous public demonstrations, the success rate of the attack has increased by 512 times, highlighting the risks faced by digital assets protected by elliptic curve keys valued at 2.5 trillion US dollars.
