Odaily reported that achXBT posted on X platform criticizing the Sam Altman affiliated project World (formerly WorldCoin), questioning its practice of distributing WLD tokens in exchange for biometric data from users in low-income countries.
He also criticized the low circulation token design of WLD, claiming that the related identity verification system has led to a black market for verified accounts, and raised concerns about the token inflation mechanism and off-market position transfers.
