Republic Power Group announces strategic investment, entering the RWA tokenization and blockchain markets
ChainCatcher reports that Nasdaq-listed Republic Power Group Limited has announced a definitive transaction, acquiring a 10% stake in NVC Partners Limited. The company has also entered into a technology service and platform cooperation agreement with NVTH Limited and its affiliate NVTHK Limited, officially entering the RWA tokenization and blockchain infrastructure market.
