ChainCatcher reports that Robert Hackett, Special Projects Lead at a16z Crypto, wrote that the term “stablecoin” is gradually losing its relevance as the times evolve. Stablecoins were originally created during a highly volatile phase in the crypto market, hence the emphasis on the “stable” attribute.
