The term of these newly appointed directors will continue until the company's 2027 annual general meeting of shareholders. The results of this election reflect shareholders' support for the company's current board structure and strategic direction. The successful election of all nominated directors also demonstrates investors' recognition of the management team's leadership capabilities. According to the company's bylaws, the new directors will take office immediately and participate in major company decisions until the next annual general meeting of shareholders in 2027.
